5.1 Disclaimer of Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our training courses and materials. However, Bigger IT Solutions makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. We do not guarantee that our training will result in specific outcomes or that it will meet your individual needs.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bigger IT Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

• Any errors or omissions in any content or materials or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

5.4 Maximum Liability: In no event shall the total liability of Bigger IT Solutions exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of any claim.

5.5 Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 On-Demand/Video Courses: All payments made for on-demand/video courses are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our sales team at sales@biggeritsolutions.com, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Live Online Courses:

• 30-Day Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your registration for a live online course at least 30 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.

• 14-Day Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your registration for a live online course at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.

• No Refund Within 14 Days:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date of the live online course.

6.3 Refund Process: To request a refund for a live online course, please contact our sales team at sales@biggeritsolutions.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request.

6.4 Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for live online courses outside the stipulated cancellation periods may be considered under exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6.5 Transfer of Registration: Registrations for live online courses may be transferable to another individual or credited for another course/service, subject to approval by Bigger IT Solutions. Please contact us at sales@biggeritsolutions.com for more information on the transfer process.

6.6 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
