We offer One-on-One coaching for our students. You can find the 1:1 coaching under the Online Learning menu item or click here to be taking to BITS Online Learning Platform.

We don't have or offer financial aid, but payment plans can be setup for the 5 day online courses we offer, but must be paid in full prior to the course starting. There will be no refunds on payment plans.

Videos on Demand and 1:1 coaching from Online Learning does not offer refunds on cancelations due to the nature of digital products.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not be renewed on the next billing cycle. Once you cancel a subscription you will have access to that subscription until the month/time expires - no partial refunds or months will be given.

5 day Virtual/Online Courses (eg, Network+, Security+, CCNA using Zoom) will require 14 days cancellation for a full refund. If the course starts in less than 14 days students will receive 50% refund, less than 8 days until course starts will result in no refund.
