Get Your Leads Flowing
How to put your lead form in front of customers, even if you've never touched your website's settings. Pick the option that fits you. Most people are done in 5 minutes.
First: find your lead form link
When you finished setup, you got your own lead form link. It looks something like this:
https://biggeritsolutions.com/api/f/your-business-name
It's on your setup page. That's the link in your welcome email from us. Anyone who fills out that form gets an instant reply, and you get an alert right away.
Tip: Open the link on your phone and fill it out once yourself. You'll see exactly what your customers see, and you'll get a test alert.
Option 1: Share the link (no website changes)
This is the easiest way to start. You don't need a website at all. Put your link anywhere people already find you.
- Google Business Profile: sign in to your profile, click Edit profile, look under Contact, and paste your link into the website or booking link field.
- Facebook business page: click Edit on the action button under your cover photo (it may say "Contact Us" or "Send Message"), pick a button like Get Quote or Contact Us, and paste your link as the website.
- Email signature: add a line like "Need a quote? Click here" and link it.
- Text messages: when someone texts asking for a price, reply with your link so their details land in one place.
- Yard signs, truck wraps, business cards: turn your link into a QR code with any free QR code maker.
Option 2: Add a "Get a Quote" button to your website
You're adding one button that points to your link. That's it. You aren't replacing anything on your site.
WordPress
- Open the page you want to edit (your home page or contact page) and click Edit.
- Click the + to add a block, search for Buttons, and add it.
- Type your button text, for example "Get a Free Quote."
- Click the link icon, paste your lead form link, and press Enter.
- Click Update (or Save).
Wix
- Open your site in the Wix editor.
- Click Add (the + on the left), choose Button, and drag one onto your page.
- Click the button, choose Change Text (or the link icon), and select Web address.
- Paste your lead form link and click Done.
- Click Publish.
Squarespace
- Go to the page, click Edit, then click an insert point or Add Block.
- Choose Button.
- Type the button text, paste your lead form link as the link, and save.
GoDaddy Website Builder (and most other builders)
- Open your site editor and click on an existing button, or add a new section with a button.
- Find the button's link setting (often called Link to or Destination) and choose a web address or URL.
- Paste your lead form link and publish.
Every builder moves its menus around now and then. If yours doesn't match these steps, look for "button" and "link." Still stuck? Call us. It's a 2-minute fix on a screen share.
Option 3: Keep the form you already have
Already have a contact form you like? No problem. We'll connect it for you so every submission flows into Speed to Lead.
- Reply to your welcome email (or email sales@biggeritsolutions.com).
- Tell us your website address and the page your form is on.
- If you know it, tell us what runs the form (for example WordPress with WPForms, Jotform, Wix Forms, or "my web person built it").
We'll reply with what we need, usually within one business day. In the meantime you can use Option 1 or 2, so you don't miss leads while we connect it.
Test it
- Fill out your form like a customer would, using your own name and phone number.
- Within a minute you should get the new-lead alert, and the "customer" (you) should get the instant reply.
- Nothing showed up? Check your spam folder first, then give us a call.
What happens when a real lead comes in
- The lead gets an instant, friendly reply, any time of day, so they know you got their request.
- You get an alert with their name, contact info, and message. Call them back fast. That's how you win the job.
- If you have Follow-Up, leads who haven't been contacted get a short series of polite check-in emails. They stop when you mark the lead contacted or the person unsubscribes.
- Every Monday you get a summary of last week's leads.
Stuck? You're not bugging us.
Most setups take a few minutes, but nobody should have to fight with a settings menu alone. Email sales@biggeritsolutions.com or call 706.631.0778. Tell us what you're trying to do and where you got stuck. If it's easier, we'll hop on a quick screen share and do it together.
