Refund & Cancellation Policy

On-Demand / Video Courses

All payments made for on-demand/video courses are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our sales team at sales@biggeritsolutions.com, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Live Online Courses

  • 30-Day Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration for a live online course at least 30 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.
  • 14-Day Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • No Refund Within 14 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date. Cancellations within this window may be applied as a credit toward a future course.

Refund Process

To request a refund for a live online course, please contact our sales team at sales@biggeritsolutions.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for live online courses outside the stipulated cancellation periods may be considered under exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer of Registration

Registrations for live online courses may be transferable to another individual or credited for another course/service, subject to approval by Bigger IT Solutions. Please contact us at sales@biggeritsolutions.com for more information on the transfer process.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate our Terms of Service.
