Instead of hiring a team or buying expensive tools, you subscribe to a service that delivers intelligence reports directly to your inbox on a set schedule. You get the output — we handle everything else.

Cyber Intel RaaS is an automated security monitoring service. We scan your internet-facing infrastructure — ports, SSL certificates, DNS configuration, IP reputation, security headers, and more — then compile the findings into a plain-English PDF report with prioritized action items. Reports are delivered monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly depending on your tier. Think of it as a security camera for your attack surface that sends you a report instead of footage.

Comp Intel RaaS is an automated competitive intelligence service. We track your competitors' hiring activity, web presence changes, review scores, news mentions, and growth signals — then deliver a formatted intel report on schedule. It's for any business owner who wants to know what their competition is doing without spending hours doing manual research every week.

For Cyber Intel, your first report is typically delivered within 24–48 hours of onboarding. For Comp Intel, your first baseline report is delivered within 48–72 hours as we build the initial competitor profiles. Subsequent reports follow your subscription schedule.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact our sales team to make a change.

For Cyber Intel, you can monitor your primary domain plus subdomains depending on your tier. For Comp Intel, you can track 3, 5, or 15 competitors depending on whether you're on SIGNAL, INTEL, or OVERWATCH. You can update your list at any time by contacting us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. For consulting engagements and custom projects, we also accept ACH bank transfer and check. Contact our sales team if you need a specific payment arrangement.

Founders Pricing is a discounted rate locked in for the first 50 subscribers to each RaaS product. Once you lock in your Founders rate, that price is yours for the life of your subscription — even when we raise rates for new subscribers. It never expires as long as your subscription remains active.

Yes. All RaaS subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

For RaaS subscriptions, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period once a report has been delivered. If you have a billing issue or believe there was an error, contact our sales team and we'll work it out. For training courses, please refer to our Refund Policy.

No long-term contracts for RaaS subscriptions. Consulting engagements (vCISO retainers, assessments) use a simple service agreement that outlines scope and deliverables. Everything is straightforward — no surprises.

Yes. For live online courses, we ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. On-demand video courses can be accessed at any time and do not have a fixed schedule, so cancellation is not applicable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes. If you have a team of 5 or more employees needing certification training, contact our sales team for group pricing. We also offer on-site corporate training where we come to your location and deliver customized sessions for your staff.

Yes. Bigger IT Solutions is a CompTIA Authorized Partner and an EC-Council Accredited Training Center. Our courses are officially authorized and meet the requirements for the respective certification tracks. Students receive official course materials.

Yes. Depending on the course, we provide practice exams, study guides, and review materials. Our instructors are also available for follow-up questions. The goal is certification success, not just seat time.

A fractional vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) is a part-time senior security advisor. You get executive-level security leadership — security posture reviews, policy development, leadership briefings, vendor assessments — without the cost of a full-time hire. If you're facing cyber insurance requirements, enterprise customer security questionnaires, CMMC, or HIPAA compliance, or if you just don't have anyone in-house who can own security strategy, a fractional vCISO is worth considering.

We can prepare you for CMMC. Our CMMC readiness consulting covers gap analysis and documentation preparation across all CMMC levels. However, formal CMMC Level 2 and above assessments must be conducted by a certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) — that is a federal requirement we cannot fulfill. Our role is to get your house in order before that formal assessment so you pass it.
